Dr Jyotsana Pradhan
Dr Jyotsana Pradhan grew up in Nepal and completed her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in Nepal. She subsequently obtained her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in Australia. Dr Pradhan qualified as a medical practitioner in 2003 and later completed a Professional Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine at University of Western Australia.
Dr Pradhan enjoys all areas of general practice, with particular interests in family planning, women’s health (including Mirena and Implanon insertions), skin cancer checks, family medicine, diabetes management, immunology, allergies, asthma, dermatology, pediatrics, weight management, and ear, nose and throat (ENT) medicine.
She is a member of the Australian Medical Association and a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Outside of her professional work, Dr Pradhan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as dancing and watching films.
Dr Sylvia Guest
Dr Sylvia Guest was born in the United Kingdom and raised in South Africa. She graduated from University of the Witwatersrand in 1986 and later obtained her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in Australia. Dr Guest has been working in general practice since 1989.Outside of her medical career, Dr Guest has had a lifelong passion for horses and has been riding since the age of nine. She considers it a privilege to work with such noble animals. Snorkelling is among her favourite summer holiday activities.
Dr Guest is also musically inclined and plays the guitar, violin, recorder, and harmonica. She enjoys participating in amateur theater, with a particular interest in special effects makeup. Additionally, she is an avid birdwatcher, animal tracker, and enthusiast of both the African and Australian bush. She finds that bush walking is truly food for the soul.
Dr Carla Welke
Dr Carla Welke graduated from the University of Notre Dame and has since worked across a number of hospitals in Perth, in multiple speciality areas including paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, medicine, surgery and emergency medicine. She has undertaken additional training with a Certificate of Women’s Health, Certificate of Child Health and FPAA Reproductive and Sexual Health theory course. Carla is passionate about providing holistic health care to all her patients.
In her spare time Carla enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends. She likes to keep fit by running, playing tennis, hiking and reformer pilates.
Dr Anjan Sharma
Dr Sharma grew up in Nepal. He completed his Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery (MBBS) in Nepal and became a GP in 2013 after working in Australia from 2006.
Anjan enjoys all areas of General Practice. He has a particular interest in Paediatrics and Family Medicine.
Anjan is a Member of the Royal Australian college of General Practitioners (RACGP).
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, seeing our great country taking road trips and sharing jokes.
Dr Lin Lwin
Dr Lin Lwin attained a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the Institute of Medicine in 1999. He further advanced his education by completing a Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine.
As a long-term general practitioner in Ellenbrook, Dr Lwin has developed particular interests in family medicine, skin cancer, cardiology, diabetes management, and men’s health. He is committed to a comprehensive, patient centered approach to care, with a strong emphasis on prevention as the foundation of effective treatment and long-term health outcomes.
Dr Lwin values building meaningful relationships with his patients, taking the time to understand them on a personal level and fostering continuity of care. His compassionate approach has contributed to his reputation as a trusted and dedicated practitioner within the Ellenbrook community.
He is also affiliated with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Lindo Van Der Merwe
Dr Lindo Van Der Merwe grew up in South Africa and completed his Bachelor of Medicine (MBChB), MRCSP, and RACGP qualifications in South Africa and the United Kingdom, graduating in 1994.
Dr Van Der Merwe enjoys all areas of general practice, with particular interests in pediatrics, geriatric medicine, weight management, family medicine, family planning, men’s health, cardiology, diabetes management, immunology, allergies, asthma, dermatology, smoking cessation, workers’ compensation, and ear, nose, and throat (ENT) medicine.
He is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners International and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Outside of his professional work, Dr Van Der Merwe enjoys spending time with his family and friends and is an avid kite surfer.
Dr Soe Tun
Dr Soe Tun grew up in Burma (Myanmar) and completed his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) there, graduating in 2004. He undertook residency training at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and completed his general practice training in New South Wales and Victoria. He further enhanced his qualifications by obtaining a Diploma in Child Health.
Dr Tun enjoys all areas of general practice, with particular interests in pediatrics, geriatric medicine, palliative care, weight management, family medicine, family planning, men’s health, Aboriginal health, cardiology, diabetes management, immunology, allergies, asthma, smoking cessation, workers’ compensation, and ear, nose, and throat (ENT) medicine.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and a Member of the same college.
Outside of his professional work, Dr Tun enjoys spending time with his family and friends and sharing fine foods.
Nilesh Patel
Dr Nilesh Patel graduated with an MBBS from the University of London in 1997, completing his undergraduate clinical training at Royal London Hospital and St Bartholomew’s Hospital. He completed all of his postgraduate medical education in the United Kingdom.
Dr Patel has a broad interest in general practice, with particular expertise in the care of the elderly, family medicine, asthma, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.
Born in Kenya, Dr Patel enjoys cooking traditional Kenyan cuisine. He is also an avid supporter of the Australian cricket team and maintains an active lifestyle through general fitness, hiking, and gym training.
Dr Lei Winn Min
Dr Lei Winn Min attained a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2003 and completed her residency training across multiple hospitals in Queensland and Western Australia. She also undertook general practice training in Queensland and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr Min has a wide range of clinical interests, including pediatrics, diabetes, mental health, antenatal care, travel medicine, chronic disease management, asthma, COPD, women’s health, Pap smears, and Implanon insertion and removal.
Dr Julia Conway
Dr Julia Conway is an experienced general practitioner with over 30 years of full-time practice. Throughout her career, she has held roles as a Family Planning Training Doctor, Area Immunisation Coordinator, and school doctor. She has a particular interest in medicine for the elderly and has spent much of her career visiting aged care facilities.
In addition to the full range of general practice services, Dr Conway performs minor skin surgery, joint injections, iron infusions, and IUD and Implanon fittings. She has also worked extensively in community clinics, including homeless health centres, adolescent health centres, and sexual health clinics, and has many years of experience in a GP-led emergency department.
Dr Conway lives in the Wheatbelt and is a mother to five daughters.

Born in Singapore, Dr Caroline has spent majority of her life in Australia.
Dr Danel Conradie
Dr Danel Conradie is originally from Ceres, South Africa, and studied medicine at University of Stellenbosch, graduating in 1998. She practiced as a rural general practitioner for ten years before being appointed Acting Medical Manager for the Riverside Hospital and Primary Health Care Service in the Western Cape in 2010.
In 2011, Dr Conradie relocated to Gingin, Western Australia, with her husband and two children, working full-time at the Gingin Medical Centre. She became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2013. In 2015, she joined Broadway Medical Centre in Ellenbrook in a part-time capacity, where she continues to practice.
Dr Conradie enjoys all aspects of family medicine, with particular interests in weight management (both surgical and non-surgical), women’s health, child health, antenatal and postnatal shared care, chronic disease management, lifestyle management, nutrition, and preventative medicine.
Outside of her professional work, Dr Conradie enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, hiking, and travelling.
Dr Fernanda Da Silva
Dr Fernanda Da Silva is a dedicated practitioner with a strong focus on skin, hair, and nail health, as well as skin cancer medicine. She holds the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), a Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine, and a Certificate in Dermoscopy.
Dr Da Silva utilises techniques such as dermoscopy, punch biopsy, shave biopsy, and surgical excisions for the management of skin cancer. With a patient centered approach, she is committed to providing personalised treatment plans and aims to be a trusted partner in her patient’s skin health.
Dr William Taylor
(Returning August 2026) Dr. William Taylor grew up in a small rural town in Australia and pursued his passion for healthcare through undergraduate degrees in Clinical Science and Chiropractic at RMIT University. He furthered his studies with a Postgraduate Diploma in Therapeutics from Cardiff School of Medicine and a Master’s in Headaches and Pain Management from the University of Edinburgh.
Dr. Taylor earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Western Australia and has worked as a medical doctor at St John of God Hospital in Midland. His clinical interests include headache disorders, pain management, paediatrics, and general practice.
He is a member of the Australian Medical Association (AMA), the Australian & New Zealand Headache Society (ANZHS), and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
Outside of work, Dr. Taylor enjoys spending time with his wife, Donna, their five children, and growing number of grandchildren. He also enjoys tennis and basketball.
Dr Alexandra Newman
(Returning August 2026) Dr Newman grew up in the UK and moved to Perth as a teenager. She graduated with a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Western Australia in 2019 and since then has worked in Royal Perth Hospital and Armadale Hospital in many different specialities including emergency medicine, paediatrics, medical specialities and psychiatry to gain valuable insights into patient care across diverse settings. Dr Newman is currently serving as a GP registrar. Outside of work Dr Newman enjoys spending time with her friends and family, riding her motorcycle and keeping fit.
Dr Robyn Jones
Dr Robyn Jones graduated from University of Western Australia in 2020, pursuing medicine as a postgraduate career following ten years in respiratory research. During her research career, she completed a PhD and contributed to clinical trials focused on the management of asthma and COPD.
As a medical practitioner, Dr Jones has worked across multiple hospitals in Perth and completed specialised training in older adult care at Midland Hospital in 2024. Her clinical interests include chronic disease management, family medicine, older adult health, respiratory medicine, women’s health, and children’s health.
Outside of her professional work, Dr Jones is a busy mother of three and enjoys practicing archery in her spare time.
