Dr Jyotsana Pradhan


Dr Pradhan grew up in Nepal and completed her Batchelor of Medicine (MBBS) in Nepal and achieved her (FRACGP) in Australia. She qualified in 2003. She then went on to complete a Professional Certificate in Skin Cancer medicine at UWA. Jyotsana enjoys all areas of General Practice. She has a particular interest in Family planning, Women’s health (including Mirena &Implanon implants), Skin cancer checks, Family medicine, Diabetes management, Immunology, Allergies, Asthma, Dermatology, Paediatrics, Weight Loss and Ear, Nose & throat (ENT) medicine.Jyotsana is a member of; Australasian Medical Association, fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and Member of the Royal Australian college of General Practitioners (RACGP).Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, dancing and movies.

Dr Sylvia Guest


Dr Guest was born in the UK and brought up in South Africa. She qualified at Wits Universary in 1986 and received my FRACGP in Australia, Dr Guest has been in general practice since 1989. She has run most of my life&has been riding horses since she was 9years old; She feels privilidged that such noble creatures tolerate us on their own backs. Snorkelling is her favourite summer holiday activity. She plays guitar, violin, recorder, harmonica. Dr Guest loves acting in amateur theatre with a passion for effects make up. She is an avid birdwatcher, animal tracker and African & Australian bush enthusiast. Bush walks are food for the soul!

Dr Tinika Sivertsen


Tinika Sivertsen graduated with a doctorate of medicine (MD) from The University of Western Australia in 2017.

Since graduating she has worked in the hospital system in areas of adult medicine, rehabilitation, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology.

She holds a Diploma from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She is currently working towards her RACGP Fellowship qualification, as a specialist General Practitioner.

Dr Sasya Kurmagadda (Returning Mid 2024)


Dr Kurmagadda graduated from India and then completed the Australian medical council exams before she started working in Australia from 2018. She worked as a Resident medical officer in different hospitals including Joondalup Health Campus, Hollywood Private Hospital, Bunbury Hospital & Peel health campus in a variety of specialties including Emergency medicine, General Medicine, Psychiatry, General Surgery & paediatrics. Dr Kurmagaddaloves the holistic aspect of General Practice & enjoys the variety of patients that walk in the door. She particularly enjoys motivating people to improve their health and wellbeing.

Special Interests: Chronic Disease management, Mental health, Women’s & Children health.

Dr Anjan Sharma


Dr Sharma grew up in Nepal. He completed his Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery (MBBS) in Nepal and became a GP in 2013 after working in Australia from 2006.

Anjan enjoys all areas of General Practice. He has a particular interest in Paediatrics and Family Medicine.

Anjan is a Member of the Royal Australian college of General Practitioners (RACGP).

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, seeing our great country taking road trips and sharing jokes.

Dr Lin Lwin


Dr Lin Lwin attained a Bachelor of Surgery alongside a Bachelor of Medicine from the Institute of Medicine in 1999. He furthered his career and education by acquiring a Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine.

His area of focus as a long term GP in Ellenbrook lies in family medicine, skin cancer, cardiology, diabetes management and men’s health.Dr Lwin is an avid practitioner of a wide ranging, overarching approach that is sure to put you on a pathway towards lifelong optimal health. He strongly believes that an effective treatment solution is one that is built upon a strong preventative foundation. Aside from the technicalities, Lin enjoys interacting with new faces, getting to know them on a personal level and nurturing lifelong patient relationships with them. Such client-centric ideals have earned him a reputation of being a compassionate doctor in Ellenbrook.He also shares an affiliation with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Lindo Van Der Merwe


Dr van der Merwe grew up in South Africa. He completed his Batchelor of Medicine (MBCHB), (MRCSP), (RACGP) in South Africa and the UK, graduating in 1994. Lindo enjoys all areas of General Practice. He has a particular interest in Paediatrics, Geriatric medicine, Weight Loss, Family Medicine, Family planning, Men’s health, Cardiology, Diabetes management, Immunology, Allergies, Asthma, Dermatology, Smoking Cessation, Workers compensation and Ear, Nose & throat (ENT) medicine.Lindo is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners International and a Member of the Royal Australian college of General Practitioners (RACGP).Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and kite surfing.

Dr Soe Tun


Dr Tun grew up in Burma. He completed his undergraduate of Medicine (MBBS) in Burma (Myanmar), graduating in 2004. He completed his residency training at Sir Charles Gardener Hospital in Perth and GP training in NSW & Victoria. He then went on to complete a Diploma in Child Health.Soe enjoys all areas of General Practice. He has a particular interest in Paediatrics, Geriatric medicine, Palliative care, Weight Loss, Family Medicine, Family planning, Men’s health, Aboriginal health, Cardiology, Diabetes management, Immunology, Allergies, Asthma, Smoking Cessation, Workers compensation and Ear, Nose & throat (ENT) medicine.Soe is a Fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and Member of the Royal Australian college of General Practitioners (RACGP).Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends sharing fine foods.

Kaushik Patel


Dr Patel originally is from India. Recently he was working in SJOG Midland hospital before starting working at our practice.

Nilesh Patel


Dr Patel graduated at the university of London MBBS in 1997, completed his undergraduate education at Royal London hospital and St Bartholomew’s hospital in London. He completed all of his post graduate education in the UK. Dr Patel’s special interests arecare of the elderly, all aspects of family medicine, asthma, cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Dr Patel is an avid supporter of the Australian cricket team & enjoys general fitness, hiking & going to the gym. Dr Patel was born in Kenya & enjoys cooking their cuisine.

Dr Lei Winn Min


Dr Min attained a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of surgery in 2003 and has completed her residency training in different hospitals in Queensland and Western Australia. Dr Min has also completed a GP training in Queensland. Dr Min is a fellow of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Dr Julia Conway


Dr Conway is an experienced GP who has been in fulltime General Practice for more than 30 years. In the past she has worked as a Family Planning Training Doctor, an area immunization coordinator and a school doctor. She is interested in Medicine for the Elderly and has visited and Aged Care Facility for most of her career. In addition to the usual range of GP services she does minor skin surgery, joint injections and iron infusions as well a IUD and Implanon fittings. She has worked in many community clinics including Homeless Medicine Centers, Adolescent Health Centre and Sexual Health Clinics. Dr Conway has previously worked for many years in a GP-led Emergency Department. She has 5 daughters and lives in the Wheatbelt.

Born in Singapore, Dr Caroline has spent majority of her life in Australia.

Dr Danel Conradie


Danel is originally from Ceres, South Africa and studied Medicine at the University of Stellenbosch. She graduated in 1998 and was a rural general Practitioner for 10 years. In 2010 she was appointed Acting Medical Manager for the Riverside Hospital and Primary Health Care Service in the Western Cape.She relocated to Gingin, WA, in 2011 with her husband and 2 children and worked fulltime at the Gingin Medical Centre. She became a fellow of RACGP in 2013. In 2015 she accepted a part-time position at Broadway Medical Centre in Ellenbrook, where she continues to practice.

Danel enjoys all aspects of family medicine and has a particular interest in Weight Loss management (surgical and non-surgical), Women’s Health, Child Health, Antenatal and Postnatal shared care, Chronic Disease Management, Lifestyle Management, Nutrition and Preventative Medicine.

Outside of work, Danel enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, hiking and travelling.
