Dr Julia Conway is an experienced General Practitioner with more than 30 years of full-time general practice experience. Throughout her career, she has worked across a diverse range of healthcare settings and has held roles including Family Planning Training Doctor, Area Immunisation Coordinator and school doctor. She has a particular interest in older persons’ health and has spent many years providing care to patients living in residential aged care facilities.

Dr Conway provides comprehensive family medicine across all life stages, with a strong focus on continuity of care, preventative health and chronic disease management. Alongside general practice consultations, she performs minor skin surgery, joint injections, iron infusions, and IUD and Implanon insertion. Her broad clinical background also includes extensive work in homeless health, adolescent health and sexual health clinics, as well as many years working within a GP-led emergency department.

Dr Conway values accessible, patient-centred and evidence-based healthcare and brings extensive community-based experience to her approach as a Family GP. She lives in the Wheatbelt and, outside medicine, is a mother to five daughters.
